Maintenance engineer reviewing plant on a commercial rooftop

Candidate journey

You've been sold the dream before. This isn't that.

If a role has a punishing call-out rota, we'll tell you. If the money isn't there, we'll tell you that too, before you take an afternoon off for an interview.

Who we work with

Engineers, supervisors and the managers they become

Most of the people we place are motivated by two things: the money and the progression. That's a perfectly reasonable position, and we work with it rather than around it.

  • Maintenance Engineers, static, mobile, resident and shift
  • Mechanical, Electrical, HVAC & Multi-Skilled Engineers
  • Commercial Gas, Steam and Chiller specialists
  • Lead Engineers and Supervisors ready for management
  • Contract, Technical and Project Managers
  • Compliance and QHSE professionals
  • Site Managers across commercial and critical environments
  • Operational leaders after progression, not a sideways move

What you get from us

Four things, every time

The truth about the package

Base, overtime, call-out, standby, van, pension, spelled out before you commit your time.

Honest feedback

If a client says no, you'll hear why. Vague feedback helps nobody's next interview.

No CV spraying

Your CV goes nowhere without your say-so. This is a small sector and your name matters.

Updates without chasing

Hiring managers get busy. Chasing them is our job, not yours.

Your route

Four steps, and you always know where you are

  1. 01

Send your CV or the role

Apply to a live job or just tell us what you're after. Either works.

  2. 02

    A proper conversation

Site type, shift appetite, commute, tickets, and what would actually make you move.

  3. 03

    Introductions that fit

We only put you forward where you're a genuine contender, with the detail up front.

  4. 04

    Offer and after

Package framed, counter-offer pressure anticipated, and a check-in once you've started.

The work itself

The environments we place into

If this is the kind of kit you know, we already have people asking for you.

Engineer testing an electrical panel

HV and LV systems

Shift engineers, AP/CP holders and technical managers across critical estates.

Facilities manager reviewing a compliance checklist in a plant room

Management and compliance

Contract, facilities and technical managers running multi-site portfolios.

Shift engineer checking cooling in a data centre

Data centres

Colocation and hyperscale sites needing mechanical and critical shift cover.

Straight answers

The questions we get asked most

No small print. If something's on your mind before you send a CV, it's probably here. If not, ask us directly.

Ask us something else
01Will you send my CV out without asking?

No. Nothing moves until you've agreed to the specific role and know who it's with.

02I'm above the advertised budget. Waste of time?

Not necessarily, but we'll be honest about the gap. We'd rather manage that upfront than have an offer land 15% under what you need.

03I'm an engineer wanting to move into management. Realistic?

Often, yes, supervisory steps come up regularly on larger contracts. We'll be straight about what's missing and what to get signed off first.

04How quickly does this usually move?

It depends on the client, but our job is to keep it moving. If a decision stalls, you'll know why rather than sitting in silence.

Drop your CV

Two minutes, and you're in front of the roles that never get advertised

Most of what we work on is filled before it reaches a job board. Send your CV and we'll call you, not spam you.

  • Nothing goes out without your say-so
